Report Writing and Marketing Metrics
When working with Larcher Consulting, clients typically design their questionnaires, collect the data, and produce the data tabulations—then they outsource the data analysis and report writing to Maria.

Most survey research or data analysis reports are written in PowerPoint with pie and bar charts, along with some flow charts, graphs, textual summaries, and recommendations.

Alternatively, companies may have in-house or other databases they want combined or analyzed. Frequently, this data is used to track progress toward organizational objectives or competitive position in the marketplace. Maria uses Excel or similar software to define and automate the complex calculations for defining these marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's).

Data-Mining and Advanced Quantitative Analysis
Increasingly, companies are tapping the wealth of information available from their historical sales transaction logs and internal financial records to measure customer value, segment their customers, and fine-tune their customer relationship and touchpoint programs. Survey research, syndicated, census, or economic data are frequently integrated into these customized databases to identify new market opportunities, predict future purchase patterns, and optimize the allocation of marketing resources.

With experience in data processing, database consulting, and statistical software such as Excel, SPSS, and proprietary CRM tools, Maria consults with each client to develop and execute an analysis plan that will generate strategic insights and recommendations.
